We ship orders using third-party carriers and fulfillment services.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and may vary based

Any visible damage to packaging or equipment should be documented with photographs and
reported to us promptly so that we can assist with any applicable carrier claim.

10. Edible Products and Food-Related Products
Edible products, edible printing media, edible inks, frosting sheets, wafer sheets, cookies, and
other food-related products are intended to be used in accordance with their product
instructions and applicable food-safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for:

 Proper storage and handling.
 Following manufacturer instructions.
 Checking expiration or best-by information where applicable.
 Using products for their intended purpose.
 Confirming that products are appropriate for their intended consumers and
applications.
Because edible products may be temperature-sensitive, perishable, or unsuitable for resale
after shipment, many edible products are not eligible for return or refund except where
permitted under our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

11. Printers, Equipment, and Electronics
Sales of edible printers, printing equipment, machines, and other specialized equipment are
generally final sale unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
Equipment may be:
 New
 Factory-sealed
 Specially ordered
 Built or configured to order
 Shipped directly from a manufacturer or authorized warehouse
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and ensuring that the
equipment is appropriate for their intended application before purchasing.
Technical support, troubleshooting, warranty service, replacement parts, and repairs may be
subject to the applicable manufacturer or Edible Ink Store warranty.

12. Equipment Warranty
Where a product includes a written manufacturer or Edible Ink Store warranty, the applicable
warranty terms govern warranty claims.
Warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, warranties generally do not cover damage or failure
resulting from:
 Misuse
 Neglect
 Improper installation
 Improper maintenance
 Failure to follow operating instructions
 Accidental damage
 Unauthorized modification
 Improper electrical supply
 Improper shipping or handling after delivery
 Use of incompatible materials, inks, accessories, or consumables
 Normal wear and tear
 Consumable components
Printheads, ink cartridges, capping stations, dampers, wipers, and similar components may be
considered consumable or wear items and may have limited or no warranty coverage
depending on the manufacturer and product.
Please contact us before shipping any equipment or parts back for warranty evaluation.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Where applicable, customers may be required to complete troubleshooting or diagnostic
procedures before a warranty replacement or repair is authorized.

13. Custom and Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, custom-printed, or specially produced products may not be returned or
cancelled once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the
product is defective.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all submitted information before placing an
order, including:

 Artwork
 Names
 Spelling
 Text
 Dates
 Quantities
 Sizes
 Product selections
 Other customization information
We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted materials.

14. Customer-Submitted Content
If you upload or submit artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, text, or other materials
(“Customer Content”) for use in connection with an order, you represent and warrant that:
1. You own the Customer Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
2. You have permission to reproduce, modify, print, or otherwise use the content.
3. Your Customer Content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark,

4. Your Customer Content does not violate applicable law.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content.
By submitting Customer Content to us, you grant Edible Ink Store a limited, non-exclusive
license to reproduce, process, modify, format, and use the content solely as reasonably

We do not acquire ownership of your artwork merely because you submit it to us.
