At Edible Ink Store, we understand that receiving your edible printing supplies and equipment
quickly and reliably is important. We make every effort to process orders promptly and offer
flexible shipping options to meet your needs.
Shipping Within the USA
Free Standard Shipping on Qualified Orders Over $99
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on qualifying orders over $99 within the 48
contiguous United States.
 California: Typically 2–4 business days in transit
 Other U.S. locations: Typically 3–7 business days in transit
 Orders are generally processed within 1 business day
 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier,
weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping rates start as low as $4.95, depending
on the products, package weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, destination,
and shipping method selected.
Available shipping options and their applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before
you complete your purchase.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options, including:
 3-Day Delivery
 2-Day Delivery
 Next-Day/Overnight Delivery
 Saturday Delivery, where available
Expedited shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected
service.

Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally processed
and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following
business day.

Expedited Delivery Disclaimer
Expedited shipping services are selected to meet the estimated transit-time window provided
by the carrier. Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and are not
guaranteed.
Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, peak holiday periods, operational issues, or
other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. We recommend allowing an
additional 1–2 business days for urgent orders.
A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a product refund.

Depending on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping service selected, we may ship
orders using:
 UPS
 USPS
 FedEx
 DHL
 Other major delivery carriers, when appropriate
We also ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and other eligible military addresses using services that
support these destinations.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard ground transit typically takes 3–7 business days
within the contiguous United States.

Edible Printer Shipping

Due to the size, weight, and special handling requirements of edible printers, edible printer
orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $24.99.
Please note:
 Edible printers are excluded from our Free Shipping promotion.
 The $24.99 flat shipping fee applies regardless of order total when an edible printer is
included in the order.
 Edible printer orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier service.
 Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination, package weight,
dimensions, and shipping service selected.
Starting rates are subject to product, destination, weight, and service availability. The final
shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International orders using standard shipping may take approximately 10–15 business days in
transit. Customs clearance, duties, taxes, and other delays may extend delivery times.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or
other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada using available UPS, USPS, and other appropriate carrier services.
 Standard shipping: Approximately 7–14 business days
 Priority shipping: Approximately 4–7 business days
 Faster shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather,
and other circumstances beyond our control.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is available.
Starting rates are subject to product, destination, weight, and service availability. The final
shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery time is approximately 6–8 business days for standard shipping.
Additional or expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Processing & Transit Times
We make every effort to ship orders the same or next business day.
Please note that order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
 Most standard orders: 1 business day processing
 Custom or specially prepared orders: 1–3 business days processing
 Transit time begins once the order has been shipped and is in the carrier's possession.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order so we can
confirm availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information by email.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the
package. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment directly through the
carrier's tracking system.

Backorders & Split Shipments
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may ship the available
items first.
The remaining item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available.

You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for a subsequent shipment resulting
from a backordered item.

Free Shipping Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from free-shipping promotions.
These may include:
 OEM products
 Edible printers and other large/heavy equipment
 Oversized products
 Custom-made or custom-printed products
 Other products specifically identified as excluded at checkout
Excluded products may be identified in your shopping cart or product listing.
Although these products may not qualify for free shipping, we strive to provide competitive
shipping rates and display available options at checkout.

Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery dates are estimates and can be affected
by circumstances outside our control, including:
 Severe weather
 Natural disasters
 Carrier operational delays
 Holidays and peak shipping periods
 Customs clearance
 Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
 Other unforeseen circumstances
