We offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous United States.

• West Coast destinations: typically 2–4 business days in transit
• Other U.S. locations: typically 3–7 business days in transit
• Orders are generally processed within 1 business day

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, rates start as low as $4.95 depending on the products, package weight and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with destination, carrier, weather, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Rates are calculated from the weight and dimensions of your order, the destination and the shipping method you select. Every available option and its cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Saturday delivery, where available

Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and service. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally processed and shipped the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following business day.

Depending on destination, package size, weight and service selected, we may ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or another major carrier.

We also ship to P.O. Boxes and to APO, FPO and other eligible military addresses using services that support those destinations.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard ground transit within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days.

Because of their size, weight and handling requirements, edible printers ship at a flat fee of $24.99.

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary with destination, package weight, dimensions and the service selected; your final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

International orders on standard shipping typically take around 10–15 business days in transit. Customs clearance, duties, taxes and other processing may extend that.

We ship to Canada using UPS, USPS and other appropriate carrier services.

We aim to ship orders the same or next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. If you need expedited processing, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Once your order ships we email you tracking information. Tracking can take a little time to become active after the carrier scans the package. You can follow the shipment directly through the carrier's tracking system.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may ship the available items first and send the rest as soon as they arrive.

You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for a follow-up shipment caused by a backordered item.

Some products are excluded from free-shipping promotions, including:

• OEM products
• Edible printers and other large or heavy equipment
• Oversized products
• Custom-made or custom-printed products
• Other products identified as excluded at checkout

Excluded products are flagged in your cart or on the product listing. We still work to keep rates on these items competitive and show all available options at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier operational delays, holidays and peak shipping periods, customs clearance, and incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you're ordering for a dated event, please allow extra time.
